Do I need tools to swap T1M Blades?

Yes. All you need is a Phillips head screwdriver. Simply remove the blade retaining screw, slide out the old cartridge, and snap in the new one.

Will this fit the T1 Tomahawk?

No—these replacement blades are specifically designed for the T1M Utility Digital Tape Measure and are not compatible with the T1 Tomahawk or other REEKON tools.

Can I switch between blades often?

Absolutely. The blade cartridges are designed to be swapped quickly, so you can keep multiple types in your toolbox and change them as needed.

Does replacing the blade affect measurement accuracy?

Not at all. Each cartridge is made to maintain the T1M’s ±1/32” accuracy when installed correctly. A Blade Calibration should be performed after replacing the blade.

How do I choose the right blade?

Choose the blade based on the type of measurements you do most often. Remember, the T1M display can also change units digitally so you can pick whatever blade makes reading the tape easiest for you.
