How do you label round stock like pipe and bar?

An adhesive label will not hold on oily round bar, and a marker on mill scale is gone by the second handling. Bundles get mixed, the wrong length goes to the wrong weldment, and somebody re-measures a rack that was already counted. The P1L Tagger prints a wrap-around tag that closes on itself around the stock, so the size and the job mark stay attached to the piece. The dimension can come off a REEKON tape and print as measured, without a marker or a second pass.

The video prints tags on the P1L and fits them to round bar sitting in a rack, looping each one around the stock so it hangs like an airline baggage tag rather than sticking to the surface. Nothing needs a flat face or a clean spot, which is the point: the shapes hardest to label are the ones easiest to lose track of.
