A full-height window puts the head out of reach and the sill at your feet, and the usual answer is a ladder for one dimension and a stoop for the other, with the numbers held in your head in between. The T1 Tomahawk captures on the button at full stretch and sends each figure to the phone, so the head, the jamb and the sill are recorded from wherever you can reach them rather than written down once you are back on the floor.
