Repairs are handled directly by REEKON technicians, not a generic electronics shop processing claims for an insurance company. That means faster turnaround, proper calibration when your tool ships back out, and someone on the line who knows the difference between a T1 Tomahawk and a P1L Tagger. It's the same team that built your gear, standing behind it.

What's Not Covered

Cosmetic wear, damage from unauthorized modifications, use outside the tool's documented spec, loss and theft, and acts of nature also fall outside the plan, along with consumables like printer paper and end-of-life batteries. Plans apply only to tools purchased from www.reekon.tools or an authorized reseller, with proof of purchase required (and only covers the original owner).

How Claims Work

File a claim at contact@reekon.tools in about five minutes with your order number and a short description of the issue. We'll review within one business day and email a prepaid shipping label so you can drop the tool at any major carrier. Most repairs ship back within five to seven business days, and if the tool can't be repaired, we'll replace it with the same model or the closest current equivalent.
