How do you mark a square line with one hand?

In a stud bay already carrying boxes and conduit, reaching for a speed square means putting something else down. The T1M Utility's reference square detaches from the base of the tool and snaps into place, giving a square edge from the tool already in your hand. One hand marks the line while the other keeps hold of whatever you were working around.
