Will the M1 Caliber fit my miter saw?

A digital stop is only useful if it fits the saw already on the truck, and shops rarely replace a working saw to gain a feature. The M1 Caliber clamps to the back of the fence on any size, drops its arm and measures whatever slides under it. Touching off the blade and zeroing shows the kerf as a negative offset, so the displayed number is the finished piece.

It clamps onto any size fence. Demonstrated here on a DeWalt, the M1 Caliber clamps to the back of the fence, the arm drops down, and it measures whatever you slide underneath it. Touch off the blade and zero, and it shows minus an eighth, which is the kerf the blade is about to remove.
